I bought the valkee ear light in december, having used a blue light box for the last few years.
Was very nicely surprised that it works brilliantly. Now only need 12 minutes treatment daily instead of an hour, and it does seem to be more effective for the core SAD symptoms of fatigue, low mood and anxiety. Buy one!!

didn't believe this would work as well as my lightbox but totally blown away by 1st week's results, will let you know how i get on when winter really kicks in! 5 out of 5 so far!!
