The Diamond 3 allows you to switch the lamp as low as one bulb until you have acclimatised to the effects, particularly good for ME sufferers. Once you are happy with your daily sessions use the LightBox at full power for a 30 minute morning treatment anywhere in the home.

The Diamond SAD lamps all feature a smooth curved shape which focuses the light to the point where you are sitting for maximum effect; the opal diffuser provides even luminosity and all bulbs offer flicker and UV free light.

This range features a base stand which enables the light box to tilt forward or backwards as research has shown that angled light that hits the back of the retina can be more beneficial in some cases. Remember you don't sit and stare at the SAD lamp you simply have it shining into your face so that the light gets into the eyes.

Diamond 3 is a lightweight box which features a carry handle so that it can be easily moved. The casing is very durable and we recommend that you clean with a soft dry cloth. Both the 3 and 4 Diamond SAD lightbox models have two switches to vary the light output.

The optional floor stand or wall mounting bracket also makes this a flexible lightbox to suit individual needs and environments.
